Yearly Payment Discount Get a discount of 5% off of your yearly bill if you pay a year in advance.
Senior citizens receive a discount of $4.50 per quarter. The Senior discount is available to customers who have 2 or less people in the household and one person is age 60 or older.
Neighborhoods or groups can request discounts based on volume of homes. Call to request a quote.
Customer Referral Program If a new account gives your name as a referral, we will give your account a $20.00 credit. There is no limit on the amount of referrals.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued to your credit card if paid by credit card. All other refunds will be issued by check. Please allow a minimum of two weeks after your last payment was received for processing. Refund balances will not be issued until the IDS container, if one was issued, is retrieved by IDS.
