Payment Options

We accept

  • Payments on-line through your bank's on-line bill payment service.
  • Automatic payments through your bank account or credit card. To sign-up for automatic payment through your bank account or credit card, print the authorization form (Click here), fill it out and mail to us, or call our office to have a form faxed or mailed to you.  If you are authorizing automatic payments through your bank account, attach a voided check to the authorization form.

     •  Pay your bill at your local Walmart.

  • Check or money order by mail
  • Payments in person at our office

 

Customers can receive a 5% discount for paying a year in advance.
