Apr 12 2010Delaware households and businesses face a big surprise at their wastebaskets next year: a 50 percent landfill fee hike. The proposal has ignited a revolt among some haulers and local governments. Jan 2 2010Yard waste will be banned from Sussex County's big landfill near Georgetown starting next year under a new state permit made public this morning for the 572-acre complex.
